Overall a nice quality product however unfortunately the box for the stone is not very suitable. I was away when my package was received and upon opening it 4 days after delivery I picked up the box by the handle only for the stone to fall out of the bottom of the box as well as the cardboard inserts inside resulting in a corner breaking off. When picking up the original package out of the shipping box she sure to hold the bottom as well.

Great quality non stick cheese trays, melts cheese perfectly and quickly. Granite top is good looking and keeps the Raclette Grill nicely in place. However the top doesn’t get hot enough to sear/grill meat or shrimp on it
