Ingredients:
12 ounces white chocolate, grated
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur, or more to taste
1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds, optional
Directions:
1. In a double boiler, slowly heat white chocolate and cream, stirring constantly. When chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stir in liqueur to taste.
2. Transfer melted chocolate to a fondue pot and keep warm over low heat through candle tea light.
3. Serve with assortment of fruit, shortbread cookies, brownies, or cake. If desired, stir in toasted nuts.
