Beautiful design, arrived in poor condition, no customer service response

My first Matterhorn lasted 15 years and I still love it. I bought this one because of the beautiful stone top. When it arrived it looked even better in person but the legs were uneven so it wobbles on the table. The top supports were also uneven so the top wobbles on the base. I immediately contacted Swissmar and they have completely ignored me.

Best Gift Ever

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and her boyfriend.. They love it and have already used it. The quality is above and beyond what was expected.

Great for small parties

Cooks small peices of meat amazingly. Cooks fish and Shrimp with no issue. Granite top is the way to go.
