Easy to use lasted throughout the dinner.

Great product... however the product always come bent and crushed.

Please do not ship this product in a bag... because all of the cells get damaged. Fortunately I was able to bend all of the gels back into shape without any leaks. Happens every year.

Horrible customer service

We’ve been using Swissmar products for years, but it was the first time that there was a problem with our order. I tried contacting their service department three times, with no luck. I emailed twice and called once, within the last 10 days, but no one responded. We were short an item and all I requested is that they refund our credit card. Why have such great products, but no service? Won’t be purchasing directly again unless this gets resolved promptly.
