We love it! The cast iron top is perfect and the cheese trays are awesome. Heated up great and cooked everything so well. Had the best time with guests!

Swissmar raclette grill is an excellent choice when it comes to quality, durability etc but the shipping was super slow , the seller took forever to ship the order.. arri ed after 3 weeks !!

I gave this to my lives-far-away sister for Christmas and she already had a Raclette party with 8 people. It was a huge hit. I will likely get one for myself at some point. I do have a question for Swissmar: I ordered the cast iron top version, and she can't tell if there is or is not a non-stick coating on the cast iron. The cleaning instructions say "if there is a non-stick coating". Would you please clarify?

We've used it twice now, and it works beautifully! Pre-heated it for about 30mins, then the fun began. Easy to operate, and a breeze to clean.

We have had fun trying different proteins and veggies on the grill with our raclette cheese. Everyone enjoys personalizing their dish!
