    Oil wouldn't stay hot

    I heated the oil on the stove. It was actually too hot once we put it on the table. Then it wouldn't stay hot enough to cook the food, despite having the sterno on the entire time. Very disappointed. We ended up using our older electric pot for the oil instead.
